01
Acne
Chronic Inflammatory Acne with Post-Treatment Dryness
Patient presented with persistent inflammatory acne, despite long-term treatment with oral antibiotics and vitamin A derivatives (e.g., isotretinoin).
The skin was dry, red, and irritated,
with recurrent breakouts and compromised barrier function.
A combined treatment protocol was applied using RF microneedling treatment and NMN 15% Booster, performed every 4 weeks for a total of 3 sessions.
After the third session, the patient showed significant reduction in inflammation, improved hydration, and overall skin texture recovery.
02
Atopy
Severe Atopic Dermatitis Case
Patient had a long history of severe atopic dermatitis since childhood.
Even into adulthood, they experienced intense itching, scaling,
and erythema on the forehead, temples, glabella, ears, and neck.
Despite using various topical treatments, only temporary relief was achieved.
Patient underwent 6 sessions of NMN 15% combined with LIPUS (low-intensity pulsed ultrasound) treatment,at 1–2 week intervals, starting January 10, 2025.
The condition showed significant improvement by the end of the sixth session.
Follow-up visits were spaced every 2–4 weeks, with continued improvement.
The patient is now maintaining skin condition using NMN home care products, with no recurrence to date.
Most recently, they have begun laser toning treatments for skin tone enhancement.
03
Wrinkle
Wrinkle Reduction in Periorbital & Glabellar lines
Patient presented with deep-set periorbital wrinkles and Glabellar lines, exacerbated by chronic dehydration and loss of skin elasticity.
Despite multiple sessions of conventional skin boosters and laser toning, improvements were minimal.
A combined treatment protocol was applied using NMN 15% Booster, performed every 3 weeks for 4 sessions.
By the end of the treatment series, visible wrinkle depth reduction was observed,
along with improved skin density and elasticity. The under-eye area showed a smoother texture and reduced shadowing, contributing to a more youthful appearance.
04
Keratosis
Refractory Facial Redness with Keratosis Pilaris-like Texture
The patient presented with persistent facial redness, dryness, and follicular roughness (similar to keratosis pilaris), especially on the cheeks.
Previous treatment with topical agents and fractional needle RF provided little to no improvement.
The patient received a single session of RF microneedling treatment combined with NMN 15% Booster.
One month post-treatment, notable improvement was observed in:
- Facial redness
- Skin hydration and barrier integrity
- Texture and roughness around follicular openings
05
Pore Size Reduction & Acne Scar Improvement
Patient presented with enlarged pores, uneven texture, and shallow rolling-type acne scars.
Past fractional laser treatments led to partial scar improvement but persistent pore dilation.
The patient underwent 3 sessions of fractional RF microneedling combined with NMN 15% Booster at 4-week intervals.
After the final session, marked pore size reduction and visible scar smoothing were achieved.
Skin texture became more refined, with an overall brighter and healthier appearance, supported by improved dermal matrix structure
06
Tightening
Facial Tightening & Contour Enhancement
Patient complained of mild-to-moderate skin laxity in the lower face and jawline, accompanied by loss of definition in facial contours.
Previous high-intensity ultrasound and monopolar RF sessions achieved only transient tightening.
Treatment involved NMN 15% Booster combined with LIPUS (low-intensity pulsed ultrasound) every 2 weeks, For a total of 5 sessions.
Post-treatment evaluation revealed a noticeable lifting effect, improved skin firmness,
and better jawline contour definition. Skin elasticity scores improved significantly,
with maintained results at 8-week follow-up.
05
PIH
Post-Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation After PICO Laser (Ongoing Case)
The patient developed post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), dryness,
and erythema following PICO laser treatment.
Symptoms were being managed at the time of consultation.
A combined protocol using the MIIN laser (Multi-Pulse Mode) and NMN 15% Booster was initiated.
Treatments were performed every 4 weeks, with the patient currently at the 4th session visit.
The treatment resulted in noticeable improvement in:
- Hyperpigmented lesions
- Overall skin tone brightness
- Fine lines around the eyes, with clear signs of skin regeneration.
06
RO_KNS
Refractory Rosacea (ETR Type) – Chronic Case
The patient had been suffering from rosacea (ETR type) for approximately 3 years, with poor response to both systemic medication and topical treatments.
Frequent relapses were observed despite continuous care.
A treatment plan of 4 sessions was initiated using NMN A Booster combined
with LIPUS (low-intensity pulsed ultrasound), performed at 1-week intervals.
The patient showed notable clinical improvement in flushing, erythema, and skin texture after the fourth session.
